Appointed members will serve three-year staggered terms. Chair may be reappointed at President’s discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the President of the College in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a continuous institutional planning, assessment, and quality enhancement process.
- Coordinate, execute and evaluate the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence utilizing the Quality Texas model.
- Ensure the flow of information related to the process to all college constituencies
- Coordinate the college's SACS Institutional Self-Study process including the development of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).
