Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 1:09 p.m.

Critique of Section I.4II - .6: The Committee continued critiquing of Section I and suggested changing some of the wording, combining "must" statements, deleting information, reorganizing paragraphs and adding information. Following is the Recommendation change.

Recommendation 1.4 KK: That the Victoria College Catalog make clear that course substitutions for the Associate of Applied Science degree do not apply to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and Commission on Colleges general education requirements

Change to: that the Victoria College Catalog be revised to ensure that it reflects that course substitutions for the Associates of Applied Science may only be made for a technical course and not for general education courses.

Critique of Subsections IV.2.1; .4; .7; .8; and .9: Moved to tomorrow's meeting.

Adjustment of Critiquing Schedule: There was no discussion. Hummel will notify the Committee of any changes via e-mail.

Other Business: Hummel informed the Committee of the resolution on the evaluation of subcommittee members. Goodson read the memorandum and agreed; therefore, there will not be an evaluation. Goodson did state that he wanted to hear from the Principal Chairs about those who do exemplary work.

Hummel pointed out that despite the limited members present, substantive contributions to the critique of today's sections were made. Boyd will contact all members to determine how many will be attending tomorrow's meeting.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
