Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 1:03 p.m.

Critique of Section I: The Committee completed review of Section I with some editing changes, confirmation of information, wording changes for uniformity throughout the report, and punctuation throughout. The Recommendation changes follow.

Recommendation 1.4 P: That the Board of Trustees adopt a statement that explicitly requires that amendments to the Board Policy Manual be by majority and be accompanied by due deliberation.

Change to: See Sekul's rewrite.

Recommendation 1.4 KK: That the Victoria College Catalog make clear that course substitutions for the Associate of Applied Science degree do not apply to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and Commission on Colleges general education requirements.

Change to: That the Victoria College Catalog make clear that technical courses may not substitute for general education courses.

Review Critiquing Schedule: Tomorrow's meeting is cancelled, but the Committee will meet on Friday to critique 6.4.
