Surveys and Results
Surveys and evaluations are used for data gathering and assessment/measurement of program objectives, College services and facilities, and institutional effectiveness. Information gleaned from these surveys and evaluations is used to report demographic/outcomes data to state and regional agencies, as well as to assist departments in improving the quality of programs and services. *** Note to Readers: Surveys and results will be added to or updated on this web page periodically. However, due to confidentiality, not all will have results posted, nor will individual comments from survey respondents be listed. If you are looking for a particular survey, evaluation, or set of results, please check with the department/contact person listed or with the Office of Planning & Institutional Assessment for more information.
Note to VC Faculty/Staff: If you are responsible for a particular survey for your class, program, support services area, etc., but do not find your information represented here, please let me know. The goal is to make this page as comprehensive as possible, with at least a link to a blank survey instrument and overall results, if they can be shared with the public. We will not reveal anything via this survey page that you do not wish to share. Also, if you do have a survey represented on this page but the information is outdated, let me know. - 2004 Community College Survey of Student Engagement Institutional Report Summary - The Community College Survey of Student Engagement ( CCSSE) provides information about effective educational practice in community colleges and assists institutions in using that information to promote improvements in student learning and persistence.
- Student Opinion Survey - Annual student satisfaction survey of VC programs and services.
- Faculty & Staff Opinion Survey - Annual faculty and staff satisfaction survey of VC programs, services, and processes.
- Faculty & Staff Opinion Survey Comparison Data - Compares the annual faculty and staff satisfaction survey of VC programs, services, and processes between the current and previous year.
- Student Data Form - Student survey conducted each semester as part of registration. Survey covers marital, economic, employment, and financial aid status as well as educational objectives and transfer intent.
